Day 31,
Made some progress! After days of negotiating, they have allowed me to make a hut at the edge of theyr turf. Not what I was hoping for, but better than I expected. I've noticed that black ones seem more uncommon, and always they are smaller then they're there mottled kin. Time to get started on learning the culture. I think I saw a white one!
